founded Stone by Stone
Lea Pearson -
Lea Pearson founded Stone by Stone Productions in 2014 to create powerful, authentic stories centered on women’s experiences. A Stage II breast cancer survivor since 1996, her inspiring journey is featured in Entertaining Angels, completed in 2023, highlighting resilience, faith, and healing. As a Master Barber, she also supports women facing hair loss. Lea is now developing Vibin with a Glass of Wine, a dynamic series celebrating women’s voices worldwide while creating opportunities for collaboration, investment, and impactful storytelling.
3D artist and digital creator
Keith Bender Jr
Keith Bender Jr. is a 3D artist and digital creator behind KMB3D, specializing in detailed models, animations, and immersive digital environments. Inspired by the subtle patterns found in nature and design, he combines technical precision with artistic curiosity to create visually compelling experiences. Constantly exploring new technologies, tools, and creative workflows, Keith pushes the boundaries of independent digital production, transforming ideas into engaging and innovative visual content.

Tiffany Herndon Chambers is an Executive Producer and Production Coordinator for Stone By Stone Productions and a business strategist at Persevere Aviation Solutions. Specializing in travel risk management, she combines expertise in logistics, business development, and entertainment production. Known for building strong partnerships and identifying emerging talent, Tiffany supports film projects worldwide while pursuing studies in Entertainment Business at NYU and Intellectual Property Law at Cornell University.

Fashion is an internationally emerging music artist, performer, and creative visionary from Freeport, New York. Inspired by the diverse cultures around her, she began writing poetry at age eight before transforming her talent into a successful music career. She has shared stages with major artists including Fat Joe, Busta Rhymes, T-Pain, Jim Jones, Trey Songz, Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, and Lil Wayne. Known for her energetic performances and empowering messages, Fashion blends music, style, and storytelling to inspire audiences worldwide. She has also worked with Stone By Stone Productions in Kenya and South Africa, hosting projects that celebrate and empower women while expanding her global fanbase.

Darrell Hill
Darrell Hill serves as the Account Manager for Stone By Stone Productions, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in communications, employee training, and leadership within the City of Chicago, along with more than a decade of freelance journalism across print and digital media.
Driven by a passion for preserving Black American entertainment history and culture, Darrell has provided creative consulting and project management for some of music's most celebrated artists. His work has included serving as a memorabilia archivist, fan club coordinator, editor in chief of artist newsletters, and YouTube project manager for legendary clients including the late Mary Wilson of The Supremes, Kenny Lattimore, Mos Def, Patti LaBelle, and Chaka Khan.
Known for his exceptional organization, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, Darrell combines strong communication skills with a commitment to excellence, making him a trusted partner in managing projects, strengthening client relationships, and delivering results.
